Rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at a few places over Dhaka, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and at one or two places over Rajshahi, Rangpur, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions in the next 24 hours until 6:00 pm today (Monday).

Mild to moderate heat wave is sweeping over Khulna division and the regions of Dhaka, Madaripur, Dinajpur, Sayedpur, Rajshahi, Ishwardi and Badalgachhi and it may continue, Met Office said.

Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

The country's highest temperature of 38.5 degrees Celsius was recorded on Sunday in Dinajpur and the lowest of 20.0 degrees in Srimangal.
