Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions, at a few places over Chattogram division and at one or two places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna and Barishal divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions in the next 24 hours until 6:00 pm today (Saturday).

The country's highest temperature of 36.6 degrees Celsius was recorded on Friday in Rajshahi and the lowest of 24.0 degrees in Rajarhat.
