Light to moderate rain/thunder shower accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions in the next 24 hours from 06:00 am today (Saturday), according to the Met Office.

It may also occur at one or two places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna and Barishal divisions with moderately heavy falls.

Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

The highest temperature in the country on Friday was recorded at 35.6 degrees Celsius in Rajshahi and Sayedpur while the lowest temperature at 24.8 degrees at Tetulia.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 34.6 degrees Celsius on Friday and the lowest was 27.5 degrees.

The sun sets in the city today (Saturday) at 05:53 pm and rises tomorrow (Sunday) at 05:48 am.
