Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions; at a few places over Sylhet division and at one or two places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka and Mymensingh divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions over the country 06:00 pm today (Friday), according to the Met office.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 35.4 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 27.6 degrees.
