Rain/thunder showers with lightning flashes and temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places over Khulna, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at one or two places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh and Barishal divisions with hails at isolated places until 6:00 pm today (Wednesday), according to the Met Office.

Day temperature may fall by (1-2)°C and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country. The highest temperature of the country was recorded on Tuesday at 35.8 degrees Celsius in Feni, while the lowest temperature was 20.4 degrees Celsius in Tangail.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 35.1 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 24.2 degrees Celsius.
