Light to moderate rain/thunder showers with lightning flashes and temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions until 6:00 pm today (Saturday), according to the Met office.

The highest temperature of the country was recorded on Friday at 34 degrees Celsius in Mongla of Khulna, while the lowest temperature was 19.5 degrees Celsius in Sayedpur of Nilphamari.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 32.9 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 21.9 degrees Celsius.
