Rain/thunder showers with lightning flashes and temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places over Chattogram and Sylhet divisions in the next 24 hours from 06:00 am today (Tuesday), according to the Met Office.

It may also occur at one or two places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Khulna and Barishal divisions.

Day and night temperature may rise slightly over the country.

The highest temperature in the country on Monday was recorded at 36.2 degrees Celsius in Khulna, while the lowest temperature at 20.0 degrees in Nikli.
