Light to moderate rain/thunder showers with lightning flashes and temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at a few places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh and Dhaka divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions until 6:00 pm today (Wednesday), according to the Met Office.

The highest temperature of the country was recorded on Tuesday at 38.4 degrees Celsius in Feni, while the lowest temperature was 20.6 degrees Celsius in Khepupara of Barisal.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 35.6 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 25.3 degrees Celsius.
