Light to moderate rain accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions in the next 24 hours from 06:00 am today (Wednesday), according to the Met Office. Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged.

The highest temperature in the country on Tuesday was recorded at 35.5 degrees Celsius in Feni while the lowest temperature at 24.2 degrees in Bandarban.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 34.0 degrees Celsius on Tuesday and the lowest was 27.8 degrees.
