Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places over Dhaka, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at one or two places over Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over the country until 6:00 pm today (Friday), according to the Met office.

Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

The highest temperature of the country was recorded on (Thursday) at 34.5 degrees Celsius in Feni, while the lowest temperature was 22 degrees Celsius in Bandarban.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 29.5 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 24.5 degrees Celsius.
