Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely at many places over Chattogram division; at a few places over Rangpur and Barishal divisions and at one or two places over Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Sylhet, Dhaka and Khulna divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at isolated places over south-eastern part of the country in the next 24 hours until 6:00 pm today (Saturday).

Day temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged across the country, said Met Office.

The country's highest temperature of 36.3 degrees Celsius was recorded on Friday in Satkhira and the lowest of 24.5 degrees in Chattogram, Rangamati and Tetulia.
