Rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at one or two places over Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions with hails at isolate places in the next 24 hours until 06:00 pm today (Friday), reports UNB.

Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country, the Met Office said.

Day temperature may remain nearly unchanged and night temperature may rise slightly over the country.

The country's highest temperature 35.8 degrees Celsius was recorded on Thursday in Ishwardi and Chuadanga and the lowest 15.1 degrees in Dinajpur.
