Rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind and lighting flashed is likely to occur at a few places over Sylhet & Chattogram divisions and at one or two places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna and Barishal divisions with hails at isolated places over the country in next 24 hours until 6pm today (Monday).

Day and night temperature may rise by 1-3 degrees Celsius over the country, Met Office said.

The country's highest temperature of 35.6 degrees Celsius was recorded on Sunday at Jashore and the lowest of 20.0 degrees at Rajarhat of Rangpur.
