Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind and lightning flashes is likely to occur at many places over Dhaka, Mymensingh, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at a few places over Khulna, Barishal, Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over Dhaka, Mymensingh, Sylhet and Chattogram divisions in next 24 hours until 6:00 pm today (Wednesday), reports UNB.

Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, the Met Office said.

The country's highest temperature 35.2 degrees Celsius was recorded on Tuesday in Jashore and Chuadanga and the lowest 22.5 degrees in Rangamati.

The sun sets in the city today (Wednesday) at 6:38 pm and rises tomorrow (Thursday) at 5:12 am.
