Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind and lightning flashes is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur division, and at a few places over Rangpur, Sylhet, Barisal and Chattogram divisions, reports UNB.

It may also occur at one or two places over Khulna, Rajshahi, Dhaka and Mymensingh divisions with moderately heavy falls over the country in next 24 hours until 6:00 pm today (Sunday).

Day temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, the Met Office said.

The country's highest temperature 36.5 degrees Celsius was recorded on Saturday in Nikli and the lowest 25.7 degrees at Rangamati.

The sun sets in the city today (Sunday) at 6:50 pm and rises tomorrow (Monday) at 5:18 am.
