Woman found hanging at Savar

SAVAR, Feb 02 (UNB): A young woman was found hanging at her residence in Charabag area under Ashulia Police Station at Savar on Saturday.

The deceased was identified as Molena Khatun, 19, wife of Rubel Mia of Dublapara village in Chatmohar Upazila in Pabna district.

Family members found Molena's body hanging from the ceiling at her rented house in the area at noon and informed police, said Sazzad Hossain, sub-inspector of Ashulia Police Station.

Later, police recovered the body from the house.

A case was filed.
