Writ seeks Tk 10m compensation for each injured

A writ petition was filed with the High Court on Sunday seeking directives on the government to compensate Tk 10 million to each of 12 people who sustained injuries in a lift collapse at Dhaka District and Sessions Judge Court collapsed on March 7, reports UNB.
Advocate Mohammad Mahfuzur Rahman, member of Dhaka Bar Association and executive member of Lawyer's Family Welfare Association, submitted the petition.
