Youth held over harassing girl on moving bus in city

Members of the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) have arrested an individual for his alleged involvement in harassing a young girl while travelling on a bus in Mohammadpur area of the capital.

The name of the arrestee is Nizam Uddin (45).

Additional Police Super of RAB -4 KN Roy Nioti said on Saturday that a team of RAB nabbed Nizam Uddin from Basila in Mohammadpur area of the city on Friday.

Earlier a video footage went viral showing a young girl protesting against some indecent comments made by a young man on her attire while travelling in a running public bus.
