Youth held with 2,350 yaba pills in city

Members of the Rapid Action Battalion on Thursday arrested a youth with 2,350 yaba pills from the city's Adabor area, reports UNB.

The arrestee was identified as Sohan Islam (21), son late Rafiqul Islam of Faridpur district.

According to a media release from RAB headquarters, a team of the elite force made the arrest after conducting a drive in a house on Ring Road of Adabor in the city around 10:30 pm.

During primary interrogation, the youth admitted that he had been dealing with drugs in different areas of the capital for a long time. He said he brings the yaba from Cox's Bazar border.
