Abdullah, Salam, Ratan get BNP nominations in Munshiganj

MUNSHIGANJ, Dec 26 (BSS): BNP has nominated Sheikh Md Abdullah, Md Abdus Salam Azad and Md Kamruzzaman Ratan to contest the upcoming 13th national parliamentary election in Munshiganj's three constituencies.

Member of the district BNP convening committee Sheikh Md Abdullah received the nomination paper, signed by BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, for Munshiganj-1 (Sirajdikhan-Sreenagar).

The party also nominated BNP Joint Secretary General Md Abdus Salam Azad for Munshiganj-2 (Louhjang-Tongibari). Earlier, former state minister for health and district BNP convener Mizanur Rahman Sinha was initially nominated for the seat.
