ACC arrest RHD engineer over bribery

BARGUNA, June 11 (UNB): The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) on Monday arrested an engineer of Roads and Highways Department of Barguna from his office reportedly while taking Tk 14.50 lakh as bribe.

Tipped off, an ACC team conducted a drive at the office of Shamsul Shahriar, deputy divisional engineer of Barguna Roads and Highways Department, and arrested him along with the bribe money around 3:30 pm.
