‘Acts of vengeance will not be spared’

BAGERHAT, Feb 20 (BSS): State Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change Sheikh Faridul Islam has warned that anyone attempting to carry out acts of vengeance will not be spared.
He made the remarks during his first visit to his hometown of Rampal after assuming office. Upon his arrival, BNP leaders and local residents welcomed him with flowers and accorded him a warm reception.
The State Minister exchanged greetings with the people and inquired about their well-being. He was elected Member of Parliament (MP) from the Bagerhat-3 (Rampal-Mongla) constituency.
He said he would undertake positive and constructive initiatives for the development of the area. "You have elected me with your votes, and I will stand by you in your happiness and sorrow," he said.
