Adilur offers munajat at grave of uprising martyr Gaus Uddin

Housing and Public Works Adviser Adilur Rahman has visited the house of Gaus Uddin, a martyr of the July-August uprising, at Golapganj in Sylhet, reports BSS.

After meeting his family members, the adviser offered ziarat at his grave on Friday.

He along with local administration officials, also paid glowing tributes to Shaheed Gaus Uddin by placing wreath at his grave.

Fenchuganj Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Mohammad Shafiqul Islam, Golapganj Upazila Nirbahi Officer(UNO) Milton Chandra Pal, Assistant Commissioner (Land) Faisal Mahmud Fuad, Circle Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Md Shah Alam, members of the martyr's family and local coordinators of the anti-discrimination student movement were present at the time.
