ADSM demands release of Mahdi Hasan, Surabhi

The Anti-Discrimination Student Movement has announced a three-point demand, including unconditional release of its Habiganj district unit Member Secretary Mahdi Hasan and 'July fighter' Tahrima Jannat Surabhi.

The President of the organisation Rifat Rashid made the announced the programmes at a press conference at Madhur Canteen at the Dhaka Universityon Wednesday .

The other demands includes the formation of an investigation committee to take punitive action against the police and administrative officials involved in harassment, and granting indemnity for all activities carried out by students, workers and the general public during the July mass uprising from 1 July to 8 August.
