AL leader dies in jail custody in Sirajganj

An Awami League (AL) leader has died while in custody at Sirajganj Central Jail, reports bdnews24.com.
He died while undergoing treatment at Shaheed M Monsur Ali Medical College and Hospital on Tuesday morning, according to Kamrul Huda, district jail superintendent.
The deceased aged 55 is Ataur Rahman Angur, who was the forest and environment affairs secretary of the AL's Sirajganj Municipality unit.
