Anti-graft council forms 11-member body

An 11-member committee has been formed at the first conference of the Anti-Corruption National Coordination Council, reports UNB.
Justice Mohammad Abdur Rouf has been appointed president of the committee, while Professor Abul Kashem Fazlul Haque will serve as the vice-president.
The announcement was made at the council's first national conference held at Bangla Academy auditorium in the capital on Tuesday, according to a press release.
Other members of the committee include General Secretary Sarwar Wadud Chowdhury, Joint General Secretary Dr. Md. Shahjahan Saju, Members Dewan Sultan Ahmed, Kayum Reza Chowdhury, Md. Rafiqul Islam, Engineer Abdul Awal, Col. (rtd) Dr Engineer Anwar , Professor Dr. Syed Md. Shamsuddin, and Advocate Humayun Kabir.
