BDB won't decide on joining polls until atmosphere ensured

Bikalpa Dhara Bangladesh (BDB), led by Dr AQM Badruddoza Chowdhury, on Sunday said it will not take the final decision on joining the next general election until proper atmosphere is ensured, reports UNB.

"We'll take all the preparations to take part in the next election, but we won't take the final decision until a congenial election atmosphere is created," said party presidium member Mahi B Chowdhury.

He came up with the remarks while talking to reporters after the first meeting of the reconstituted BDB presidium members at B Chowdhury's Baridhara residence.

Mahi said their party is strict to their demand for holding the election under a neutral government.
