BNP should learn how to respect judiciary: Anisul

BRAHMANBARIA, Mar 16 (UNB): Claiming that BNP does not know how to show respect to the judiciary, Law Minister Anisul Huq on Friday advised the party 'to learn it'.

He came up with the advice while talking to reporters after inaugurating work on a bridge at Dhaturpohela village in Akhaura upazila in the morning.

Asked about BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir's allegation that the wishes of the government are being reflected in the judiciary, the minister said they do not know how to respect the judiciary. "So, they're talking rubbish."

Upazila Awami League convener Principal Md Joynal Abedin, Akhaura municipality mayor Takjil Khalifa Kajol and Zila Parishad member Abul Kashem Bhuiyan were present on the occasion.
