BNP to observe Khaleda's birthday on Aug 15

The Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) will observe the 80th birthday of Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia on August 15 nationwide, according to a press release issued by BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi on Wednesday

Special prayers, including Milad and Doa Mahfil, will be organised at party offices and mosques throughout the country, including Dhaka.

The Milad and Doa Mahfil will take place on the ground floor of the BNP central office in Nayapaltan in the city at 11 am on Friday, with senior BNP leaders in attendance.
