BSD convener Mahbubul dies

Convener of Bangladesher Samajtantrik Dal (BSD) and freedom fighter AFM Mahbubul Haque died at a hospital in Canada on Friday, reports BSS.

He left behind his wife, one daughter, colleagues, relatives and well-wishers to mourn his death.

Mahbubul was hospitalised on September 26.

He was born at Mohammadpur village in Chatkhil upazila of Noakhali district on December 25, 1948.

In a message of condolence, leaders of Bangladesher Samajtantrik Dal (BSD) expressed deep shock at the death of Mahbubul Haque.

They also prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family.
