Charge framing hearing against Samrat in two cases Nov 30

A court here on Tuesday set November 30 for holding hearing on charge framing against Dhaka South Jubo League's expelled president Ismail Hossain Chowdhury Samrat in two cases filled under the Arms and Narcotics Act, reports BSS.

Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge KM Imrul Kayes passed the order after taking cognizance of the charge sheets against Samrat in the arms and drug cases.

Other than Samrat, his associate Enamul Haque Arman, the expelled vice-president of Jubo League south city unit, is also accused in the drug case.
