Charge framing in Dipon murder case on Oct 13

An anti-terror tribunal has set October 13 to hold hearing on charge framing against eight members of banned militant outfit Ansarullah Bangla Team (ABT) in a case lodged over murder of publisher Faisal Arefin Dipon in 2016, reports BSS.

Mujibur Rahman, judge of Anti-Terror Tribunal fixed the date on Tuesday allowing a time plea of the prosecution, court official Ruhul Amin said.

The tribunal on March 19 accepted the charge sheet filed in the case.
