Content creator Kafi's Patuakhali house set on fire

PATUAKHALI, Feb 12 (UNB): Content creator Nuruzzaman Kafi's house in Kolapara of Patuakhali has been burned down in an arson attack, fire service said on Wednesday.

Mohammad Elias Hossain, Kolapara Fire Service Station Officer, said, "Upon receiving news of the fire, we quickly rushed to the spot around 2:15 am. We managed to bring the fire under control quickly using all our resources. Fortunately, everyone in the house is safe and unharmed."

Nuruzzaman Kafi's father, Maulana Mohammad ABM Habibur Rahman, stated, "The miscreants set our house on fire. This was done with the intention of harming us. We demand a thorough investigation and justice."

Neighbour Wali Ullah Imran added, "This was pre-planned as the door was locked from the outside. Everyone came out wearing just their clothes."

Kafi's house is located in Rajpara village in Kolapara. He has recently been a subject of discussion on social media.
