Cops nab man with banned BCL's posters

Police arrested on Saturday (16 May) a man along with posters and leaflets of the banned organisation Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) during a drive in the capital's Banani.

The arrestee was identified as Md Ashik Tapedar (24).

Dhaka Metropolitan Police Media and Public Relations Division Deputy Commissioner NM Nasiruddin said that based on information, a team from Banani Police Station arrested him at around 4:30am from the area opposite the Naval Headquarters on the Dhaka-Mymensingh Road.
