‘Cultural education vital for shaping new generation’

Primary and Mass Education State Minister Bobby Hajjaj has said cultural education is an essential part of building a creative, confident, and humane generation, reports BSS.
"The scope of cultural education in primary schooling will be significantly expanded to help students grow into creative, confident and humane citizens," he said.
He made the remarks while speaking at the prize distribution ceremony of the National Inter-PTI Cultural Competition-2026 held at the Directorate of Primary Education in the capital's Mirpur on Saturday.
He said initiative have been taken to introduce large-scale cultural education activities in Classes IV and V under the new curriculum from 2028.
