DAB forms full committee, advisory council

Association of Bangladesh (DAB) has been formed, with Prof Dr Harun Al Rashid as president and Dr Md Zahirul Islam Shakil as secretary general respectively, reports UNB.

Besides, a 57-member advisory council has been formed for the professional body of physicians affiliated with the BNP.

A press release, signed by BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi on Tuesday said the party approved the new DAB committee and the advisory council.

Professor Dr Farhad Halim Donar has been made chief adviser of the 57-member advisory council.

The newly-formed DAB committee includes many professors, consultants and practitioners representing various medical institutions and divisions across the country.
