Dulu praises Turkey's support in Rohingya crisis

Disaster Management and Relief Minister Asadul Habib Dulu has expressed deep gratitude to Turkish government and people for spontaneously standing beside Rohingyas who took shelter in Bangladesh after being forcibly displaced from their homeland Myanmar, reports BSS.

The minister said this when Turkish Ambassador to Bangladesh Ramis Sen paid a courtesy call on him at his office at the Secretariat on Sunday. Mentioning that Bangladesh faces various natural disasters due to climate change and geographical location, the minister expected more effective cooperation from Turkey in the modernization of disaster management.
