Former Food Minister Advocate Qamrul Islam has been placed on a four-day remand in two separate cases filed with Kamrangirchar Police Station, reports UNB.
Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Belal Hossain passed the order on Wednesday when he was produced before the court.
Two investigating officers of the case Zahid Hasan and Palash Chandra Das produced him before the court with a 10-day remand prayers in each case.
