The expulsion orders of 56 leaders of BNP and its affiliates have been revoked, reports BSS.
Earlier, they were expelled from the primary membership and from all positions for violating party discipline, said a party press release on Friday.
The leaders include Faizul Kabir Talukder, former general secretary of Zia Nagar upazila BNP of Pirojpur district; Md. Enamul Haque Dulal, senior joint convener of Betagi poura BNP in Barguna district; Md. Shafi Khan, former member of Tangail district BNP; Md. Mahbubur Rahman Bachchu; former member of Tongibari upazila Chatra Dal in Munshiganj district and Fayez Ahmed Liton, a member of the central Sramik Dal.
Besides, the expulsion orders previously issued against many other former BNP and affiliated organisation leaders from Cumilla, Faridpur, Brahmanbaria, Rajshahi, Natore, Sherpur, Habiganj, Sunamganj, Chattogram, Cox's Bazar, Rangamati, Gazipur, Sylhet, Patuakhali, Bhola and other districts were also withdrawn.
They include former vice presidents, general secretaries, senior joint secretaries, organizing secretaries, members, conveners and leaders from BNP, Jubo Dal, Mohila Dal, Krishak Dal, Swechchhasebak Dal and Sramik Dal at various levels.
The suspension order of Md. Shahjada, former general secretary of ward no-3 Amragachhia union BNP under Mirzaganj upazila in Patuakhali district were also withdrawn.
