Fugitive AL leader held in Ctg

CHATTOGRAM, Jan 4 (BSS): Police have arrested Nazim Uddin Haider, joint secretary of Karnaphuli upazila Awami League (AL) from Dangarchar area of the upazila in Chattogram.
Acting on a tip off, a police team conducted a drive to arrest him around 8.30 pm on Friday in the area when he was trying to flee from a secret meeting with his cohorts, officer-in-charge (OC) of Karnaphuli police Muhammad Sharif said.
