Govt to revise textbooks, formulate new curriculum: Milon

Education Minister Dr ANM Ehsanul Hoque Milon has said the government will revise existing textbooks and formulate a new curriculum to make education more time-befitting, reports BSS.

He said the reform initiatives will be carried out giving highest priority to the physical and mental development of students.

He made the remarks while speaking as the chief guest at a view-exchange meeting with officials at the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) office in the capital on Tuesday.

He said no political consideration will be taken into account in revising textbooks and formulating the new curriculum.
