The state and the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) have to comply with the rule, lawyers concerned told the reporters.

He was later shown arrested in connection with some other criminal cases. He moved the High Court after failing to secure bail in the cases from the lower court.
Lawyer Munsurul Hoque Chowdhury appeared in the court hearing on behalf of Khairul Haque, while Attorney General Md Asaduzzaman represented the state and Barrister Sarwar Hossain move for the ACC.
Three more criminal cases, filed with Fatullah Police Station in Narayanganj and Shahbagh Police Station in Dhaka, and one corruption case filed by the ACC against him are also under investigation.
On August 27, last year Supreme Court lawyer Muzahedul Islam Shahin filed a case against the former Chief Justice over allegations of corruption and forgery of verdicts.
