Jamaat leaders attend Russian National Day event

A two-member delegation of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami has joined Russian Federation National Day event in the capital, reports BSS.

They joined the event at the invitation of Russian Ambassador in Dhaka Alexander G Khozin at Hotel Le Meridien on Monday evening.

The two member Jamaat delegation was led by Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Nayeb Ameer Dr. Syed Abdullah Mohammad Taher.

Dr. Taher met the Russian Ambassador and handed over a greeting message on behalf of Jamaat Ameer Dr Shafiqur Rahman.

Member of Jamaat central executive council and central publicity and media secretary Advocate Matiur Rahman Akand was the other member of the delegation.
