Kamal submits petition for bail

Salimul Haq Kamal, one of the convicts in the much-talked-about Zia Orphanage Trust graft case, has filed a separate petition with the High Court seeking bail in the case, reports UNB.
Lawyer Palash Chandra Roy filed the bail plea on Tuesday.
On February 8, the Dhaka Special Court-5 convicted former Prime Minister and BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia and sentenced her to five years' imprisonment in the Zia Orphanage Trust graft case.
