Nahid to visit Malaysia for three days

Nahid Islam, convener of the National Citizen Party (NCP), will leave for Malaysia on a three-day visit today (Friday) at the invitation of the NCP Diaspora Alliance, Malaysia Chapter, reports UNB.

During the visit, Nahid is scheduled to hold exchange meetings and attend dinners with expatriate Bangladeshis, representatives of social and political organisations, journalists, human rights activists and professionals, NCP sources said.

As part of the tour, he will attend a public event and interact with expatriate political leaders, participants of the July Uprising, students and the wider Bangladeshi diaspora in Malaysia.
