‘No room for anti-liberation forces in Mujibnagar’

MEHERPUR, March 15 (BSS): State minister for Public Administration Farhad Hossain said on Friday there is no room for the anti-liberation forces in Mujibnagar, named in honour of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

He said this while speaking as the chief guest at a sewing machine distribution function at Bagoan in Mujibnagar upazila.

With Bagoan union chairman Md Aiub in the chair, it was addressed, among others, by Deputy Commissioner Md Ataul Goni, Police Superintendent Md Mostafizur Rahman, Mujibnagar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Nahida Akter and Upazila Awami League president Ziauddin Biswas.

The feasibility study for construction of Mujibnagar Rail Line is underway, the state minister said, adding Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is very caring to Mujibnagar.
