None has ability to resist next polls: Nasim

Awami League (AL) presidium member Mohammad Nasim said on Sunday the next general elections will be held as per constitution and nobody has the ability to resist it, reports BSS.

"BNP tried to resist the January 5 election which was held in 2014, but they failed...BNP will not only take part in the next polls, but also accept the results," he told journalists after addressing a programme at Spectra Convention Center in the city's Gulshan.

Child Parliament organised the programme on accountability on nutrition, health and education of girls. Mehtahun Nahar, speaker of the Child Parliament, conducted the programme.

Nasim, also health and family welfare minister, said children will get health services at the community clinics side by side the pregnant mothers.

Around 10,000 doctors will be employed in the clinics soon to this end, he added.
