Police arrest eight BNP-Jamaat men in Satkhira

SATKHIRA, Dec 26 (UNB): Police arrested on Tuesday eight members of BNP-Jamaat along with four crude bombs from a house in Kamal Nagar area of the district.
Acting on a tip-off, police arrested the eight in a drive while they were conducting a secret meeting, said Maruf Ahmed, officer-in-charge of Sadar thana.
Police also recovered four crude bombs from the spot.
A case was filed with Sadar thana in this connection.
