Qamrul urges people to stay alert against anarchy

Food Minister Qamrul Islam called up people on Wednesday to guard against any possible anarchy after the pronouncement of verdict in a graft case against BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia, reports UNB.

"If Khaleda Zia is convicted in tomorrow's verdict in the Zia Orphanage Trust graft case, BNP members may create disorder in the country, so stay alert about any of their wrongdoings," the minister said while addressing a human chain in front of Jatiya Press Club this morning.

Bangladesh Freedom Fighters' Alliance Central Command organised the human chain.
