Shahriar Kabir on two-day remand

Ghatak Dalal Nirmul Committee President Shahriar Kabir has been placed on a two-day remand on Sunday in connection with the murder of Rafiqul Islam in the city's Jatrabari area, reports BSS.
Mahbub Alam, sub-inspector of Jatrabari police station, produced him before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate court with a seven-day remand prayer.
After hearing both the sides, Metropolitan Magistrate Ali Haider granted the remand.
